As the HR Manager, you will direct, manage, and lead all HR functions for the company’s home office and production facility. This position is also responsible for assisting with any HR issues for the home office support staff including sales, marketing, customer service, purchasing, supply chain quality assurance, etc. Responsible for enhancing associate morale through servant leadership and engaging with all team members. This includes spending time on the production floor and common areas on all three shifts. Responsible for developing and supervising the implementation of company policies and programs related to employment, employee relations, company communications, orientation, training, and safety as well as wage and salary administration, benefits administration, workers compensation, and public relations. Continually assess existing policies and practices for improving the HR functions and programs.
