1. Big focus is having someone with some type of background in Agriculture procurement. Any of their competitors and they would even consider Industrial Purchasing. 8+ years if they have strong background. 
2. Must have at least a BA in Business or related field. They said an MBA in Supply Chain would be nice but not required. 
3. They need a good people manager and someone who can handle team escalations as needed. The direct reports are incorrect on the job description. They only have 2 hourly employees with purchasing titles right now.
4. They need a good negotiator and someone who understands how the contract works and pricing structure. 
5. They use Maximo as their system but they do not have to have that but some type of purchasing system. 
6. Very minimal travel 

*They will pay for relocation but be in the office 5 days per week.
