As a certified trainer in both organizations, he conducted field training for recruiters and led national corporate training sessions.

Randy brings his experience and drive to Sims Search with a goal of providing the highest level of service and becoming the most respected recruiting firm in the industry. Our mission is to provide continued training and development to those in the recruiting and staffing industries.

He graduated from the School of Business at Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Marketing and in human resources management. While at Eastern, Randy was elected president of the American Marketing Association, and was one of only two students in the college chosen to sit on the College Curriculum Committee, and sat on the Dean’s Advisory Board.
